"The property had a decent view, but was a distance away from Bryce Canyon. Property was well maintained, but it was a duplex on the main highway going through town. It was barely on the outskirts of town. Advertising was somewhat misleading. Guest services had very limited hours, 3PM to 9PM daily."

We never could get the water for the shower to get warm so we weren't able to shower. The morning we were leaving, we notice a propane tank was missing and it looked like it was connect to a hose for the bathroom shower. Everything else was very nice and comfortable. I'm sure the outdoor decks would be nice to enjoy when the weather is warmer. "

Small detail is that you to drive about 1 1/2 miles dirt road off the State road and just follow the green arrows but once you get there the beauty starts. "We enjoyed our stay at Mark’s property. The river out back created such a nice ambiance and the location was peaceful. The space was comfortable and clean. Most importantly, Mark is a great host. We had an issue with the water heater and he quickly responded and make the issue right. Just keep in mind Hatch is a very small town. There are several convenience stores, diners, and a gas station in town. A grocery store is about 20 mins away in the next town. It was also a short drive of 35-40 mins...

"Beautiful location with stunning views. The property is spacious inside with lots of room to spread out. There is a large enclosed porch overlooking the river and an uncovered patio with a grill. There is a beautiful grassy area with benches to enjoy the views or for kids to run around. We were a family with adult children but this property is very kid friendly. Owner is very responsive.
