"Great little place and hosts "

"This place was great. The location put us right in the middle of the event we were attending so we didn’t need to drive anywhere."

"Great hosts . Very clean and tidy , will deff be back and book with them again , thanks !"

"Room was clean but not sparkling. The kitchen chair cushion were stained or gritty, not cleaned. The price was on the high side for what I expected."

"Ski trip, close to lifts"

"Very nice place, close to some places we wanted to visit. We did go in summer so it was wonderful that they provided fans to bring in some breeze from outside. The kids loved the pool area. Was very well stocked for a small kitchen so that was pleasant."

"Wonderful place. We visit brian head every year and this was by far the best place we have stayed. "

"So perfect for us, the stay was very comfortable and very clean! "

"We loved it! Great location, great room, great amenities"

"We had a great stay here! All the amenities were as described, and of course the location was beautiful!"

"Directions to property were very informative. Great place to go with the kids. "

"We definitely loved it"

"Overall, I recommend this property! It’s very spacious, private, clean, and easily houses 4 people. The host was super responsive, and the listing is completely accurate. A couple of quick notes for future guests: as noted in the description, the only access is via an exterior metal staircase (take care as it gets a bit slippery when wet). The balcony view isn't the best, and the patio furniture was pretty dusty and could use a wash. Otherwise, a great stay!"

"Close to slopes!"

"It was great! "

"Kind of a last minute stay. This had everything that we were looking for. Cozy location. Easy access to both mountains. "

"Our hosts were great. Nice place for a visit to Brian Head."

"The host was so great to answer questions and give suggestions. We loved the Cedar Breaks!!"

"Just stayed one night, the pool was great."
