"We stayed in the older part of the hotel. The room wasn’t fancy but extremely clean. The tub in the bath was extra big with scalding hot water; not ideal for kids without monitoring, but this may have been only for the rooms with king size beds. I loved the hot soaks. It was an easy walk through a little tunnel to get to the Natural Bridge Park. The restaurant at the hotel had wonderful food. "

"Our bathroom door doesn’t latch completely or lock and there’s a bit of construction in front of the hotel property but the staff was very friendly and helpful and our room is very comfortable/clean and has everything we need."

"Lovely lobby, exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Preston’s was a hit for dinner last night. A bit pricey but we didn’t have to leave the hotel. Highly recommended place to stay! "
