"The breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable. We were really looking forward to the hot tub in the morning before we left, but it looked really dirty (the pool looked clean). Also, there was only one working elevator, so that was frustrating. I can’t imagine how frustrating it is for the housekeeping staff."

"The property is convenient to the airport and they also have a shuttle to airport . It's about 15 minutes from major stores. The staff is not very nice , rude to people."

"I needed a room last minute and this was one of the cheaper options and it showed. Walking into the room it looked clean. I am very particular about room, especially when it comes to beds and bathrooms. This room didn't meet my expectations with neither. Upon taking a shower I check the towels beforehand. 2 out if the 3 towels had visible strands of hair on it. There was also random pieces of hair on the floor. I also checked the beds. One bed was decent but made a ton of noise if you were to...

"The staff was great and very friendly. I felt safe there. My first room offered had an odor of pot that the previous guest unfortunately did but was unknown to the staff. They promptly put me in another room without any issue. The only thing I'd suggest is that the elevator system seemed precarious and felt pretty shaky when reaching the top floor. I think it's an old building but the elevator could be updated."
