"We really enjoyed our stay at Rubblestone Cottage. The cottage was warm and comfortable, with everything we needed. A cosy living room with a window that looks over the meadow, which allows you to watch the visiting wildlife. Main bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. "The place was spacious and made an excellent base for exploring the Suffolk area whilst being really quiet. Shower wasn't great but they'd provided all the utensils you'd need for cooking and enjoying your stay. Bed had a rubber cover and there was a noisy liner under the bed sheet which made it very warm but it was comfortable. Decor and furnishings are fairly budget but it's good value and ultimately a nice space to relax and enjoy the evening after a day out exploring and walking."

"Beautiful wood framed 18th (I think)Century timber- framed cottage It is really cosy (but not small) with an interesting staircase leading up to up to the two bedrooms where the old roof- timbers are exposed . Bathroom & shower bathroom is conveniently situated near to the bedrooms on the first floor. Open fireplace downstairs & parking space off the road.. Perfect! We would love to stay again soon."

"This was our first holiday away without family and June and Nicholas were such attentive and informative hosts that they easily made us feel welcomed and at home. The local area is gorgeous so hikes are highly recommended and lots of local pubs do great food. Jimmys farm and wildlife park is a must if you have time too! We definitely plan on coming back again to the area when time allows to explore more of it :)"

"We had a lovely few days staying at The Blyth apartment. Great location, a few minutes walk from the beach and town. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Nice cosy bed. As mentioned in some other reviews the sound does carry from the apartment above but luckily it was only occupied for our first night. All in all a very nice stay and so pleased we could bring our little dog."

"Lovely big bedroom with comfortable bed. Our hosts were friendly. A wide choice of breakfast items. The hotel is very conveniently situated for the seafront and South Lowestoft. Parking was easy and free on the street outside However the weather was poor so if more people were at the beach it might have been more difficult. The carpark is tight opposite though and only £4 for the whole day. Our one criticism would be - no shelf in the shower for toiletries. A very pleasant stay. "
