"Everything about the hotel was absolutely wonderful!!!! However, one evening we were stranded out on Corsa Mazzini and we called the hotel. The gentleman that was on duty. It was very late at night around 1 AM. Did call a cab to come and pick us up however, when we arrived at the hotel, he asked for a tip which took a by surprise. We did indeed paid the cab driver who was such a gentleman I just found it very odd that someone working at reception would ask to be tipped. All I had on me was a few coins and he clearly said are you sure you don’t have some bills? We did let him know. We don’t carry much money on us as we always use our credit card. I thought the whole encounter was very bizarre."

"Clean room and very nice staff, but you need to be able to communicate in Italian. Convenient location for bus or train. My room was on the first floor and no loft or offer of help with the suitcase. I had not booked breakfast, but for a very reasonable 5 euros was able to have a great breakfast, no problem."

"Hotel and staff were wonderful. Easy check in and check out. Great location. Room and bathroom great and clean and all other areas in the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Loved having the slippers too. Only complaint would be that wifi was not very good but would stay again. Thank you."
