"We were not accommidated in this property. We booked it because it was said it is in the center but when we arrived we were accommodated it a property which was 15 min walking. We booked a studio with a small kitchen, they gave us a tiny tiny room!!!!"

"The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving. The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments."

"The owners are not receptive, I spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO in an attempt to finally get some type of info on getting into the property. Once I did get through, they told me that I didn’t have a reservation even though I sent them all of the confirmation documents."

We found a lack of English speaking/understanding was a bit of a struggle at times, but staff were very helpful once they understood what we were saying/asking. The beach is lovely, great food/drinks from the bar and restaurant.....we would definitely like to come back there with our family :)"
