"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent. The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June. "

The restaurant on-site serves delicious food that truly exceeded my expectations, making dining in a real treat. The views from the hotel are simply mesmerizing, adding to the peaceful and serene atmosphere that makes it the perfect getaway. The service was exceptional—every staff member was very helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. It was so delightful that I ended up extending my stay by an extra day. The location is also incredibly convenient, within walking distance to everything you could need or want to explore. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem—quiet, charming, and an absolute pleasure to stay at. Highly recommended! "

"Our room was huge and the twin beds were both small doubles. The bathroom had a bath and separate walk in shower. Bath robes and slippers were provided. The sea view from the balcony was fabulous. The buffet meals had a fantastic selection and plenty of it! Tea and coffee was freely available at breakfast as well as juices and water. All the staff were friendly and the restaurant staff were exceptional. There is a walkway that leads directly onto the beach so no crossing the road! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel."
