THE SPACE

Adjacent, you`ll find a large designer kitchen with an island, making it a chef`s dream space for preparing delicious meals.
Bedrooms and baths are nicely spaced across the home’s 3 levels for separation and privacy. Three full bathrooms upstairs, a convenient ½ bath on the main floor and another full bath on the ground level keep morning and evening routines on schedule. Bedroom configurations as follows:

If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a fee. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process. It`s $300 per pet per stay to bring them along.

No smoking inside the house or garage. Guests who smoke will be charged a $4,000 fee for smoke odor removal.
Shoes must be removed before entering carpeted areas of the house.
No parties or additional guests who are not included in the reservation. All guests and dogs (max weight for dogs is 30 lbs.) must be included in your guest count in your reservation. No cats or any other pets allowed.
Other general rules:
1. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways.
2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times.
3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm.
4. No outside amplified music, bands, DJ`s or anything similar is allowed.
5. Cars should be parked in the garage, on the driveway or directly in front of the house.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13. Return furniture to its original location. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fee.
14. Please do not flush wipes or feminine products. Doing so can cause serious plumbing issues and will result in a $2,000 fine.
15. Cancelled reservations will be charged 3% to cover credit card processing fees.
16. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.
17. You will be charged an additional $500 for neighbor complaints.
18. You will be charged an additional $500 if security is dispatched to the property.
19. You will be charged an additional $1,000 if the police is called to the property and
you will likely have to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
20. You will be charged a penalty of $500 plus $60/person for everyone on the property
that was not included on your reservation count to be on the property.
21. Guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to check in. Check in instructions will not be sent if the rental agreement is not signed.
