"A great place to stay if your on a business tripmas I was or looking to book yourself a treat. Great room, although note I was in room 5 which lovely, but was over the outside part where music is piped to people sitting outside. This didn't switch off until about 11pm. Aside from that top hotel"

"We have found the Ramada chain incredibly good value for money on Sunday nights at less than £40 and they accept dogs although I do think £20 surcharge is a bit excessive. We have stopped in a few Ramadas and have found them all to be at a good level for the price point, some better than others."

"Comfortable spa hotel 10 miles from Cambridge. Friendly staff in restaurant. Ok menu for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of parking. The only negative was a very hard mattress on the bed."

"Receptionists were very welcoming, informative and friendly. We found all staff to be friendly and helpful. The bar staff worked extremely hard, and dealt with the volume of customers in a friendly, respectful and professional manner. Breakfast and service were very good, staff friendly and helpful. My only very small grip would be the quality of the black pudding, very poor and too thin to be called ‘black pudding’. I was very disappointed, as it’s my favourite breakfast item. Delighted with our room, very clean, well presented, lovely decor, everything worked really well, we especially enjoyed the powerful shower. We would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends. Thank you for helping in making our stay a memorable one with our very dear friends. Orton Hall Hotel & Spa

"The hotel grounds are lovely and it’s a good location but ideally need a car to get to and town. The rooms themselves are a little dated but spacious and comfortable. They were very clean but they are dark and need better lighting. We ate in the restaurant and my meal wasn’t the best but the breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The spa was clean and a nice addition but the men’s changing rooms were not great. The women’s changing rooms would be better with cubicles to change. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall a nice stay and would come back."

"Great place to stay, good breakfast only would have liked mushrooms with my fry up. There was a mug missing from the room, so my husband had to watch me drink my cup of tea!"
