"We went to the venue and found there was no electricity or generator facility, only 2 staff of aged 16-18 years who were looking into the amenities, the room was pathetic and we were the only person who were supposed to stay on that day...so we didn't stay in the pathetic guest house and want the refund of our money."

"The tents were in a very good condition with clean bedding and blankets. We stayed there for two nights, the food was good, the lake view was amazing and in terms of security, it’s even safe for solo travelers. It’s almost 5-7kms away from the main tourist spot, however, it’s worth spending time in a peaceful area. "

"This property got closed and they offered us another guest house which was not upto the standards. I am not sure why they accepted the booking when they were closing out. This was totally bulshit thing and Expedia should take care of it, I should get refunded."

"Tent was in a pathetic condition. It was torn, chains were not working properly. There was no charging point in the tent. No water supply. The food was charged separately and was poor quality. The staff was also very unprofessional and rude."
