"Parking was a little awkward but okay, it is down the street. The hotel would not let me fill my water bottle which I found strange. There was no water fountain, no water bottle fill station and no water in the lobby for guests. "

It just is a very old building and it wasn’t extremely clean and it was kind of annoying because they were letting somebody play loud music in the lobby when we were checking in on their phone. "Upon arriving at the property, we were told we were at the wrong property. I didn't realize there were 2. Stephanie proceeded to switch the reservation so we wouldn't have to go across town after driving 8 hours already. I think she was sent from Heaven. We were pleasantly surprised to hear there was a beer/wine welcome in the evening, as well as a nacho bar. While it was appreciated, it consisted of tortilla chips, cheese, jalapeños, salsa, potatoe chips and pretzels. It's quite a large hotel. They also had a decent breakfast in the morning. They are also 2 blocks from Union Station, which was nice. I was quite pleased with the hotel, the room, the staff. I would definitely return if in the area."
