The staff were very helpful but the breakfast buffet was a little overpriced for what you get. The beds were also very soft which most people would probably find nice but, if you have back problems like I do, may be too soft and made it hard to sleep. If you need firmer mattresses like I do, it might be better to sleep on the floor. The parking garage was very cramped as well and could barely even get into the spaces due to their width.

The hotel was nice; however, for the price there aren't many amenities. You have to pay extra for WI-FI, no free parking, and there's no pool. The area is great though, very walkable for dinner and drinks. There's a Whole Foods a couple blocks away but nothing more affordable for groceries or emergency toiletries within walking distance

Great location. Close to zoo, arch. Hallway smelled like sewer. Just on second floor. Signs to navigate walking with luggage in parking garage were limited. Air conditioning in room was extra loud. No shower gel in container in shower. Little things that added up to an unexceptional stay. View into parking garage made for a very dark room.
