"There were 7 of us staying at this lovely well appointed home and we were comfortable, not crowded and enjoyed having such a beautiful home to come relax in. Even though the home is not wheelchair accessible, it was easy for me with an impairment to get into and around. Definitely enjoyed our time there! "

"I showed up got my room and the hot tub had no cold water going through it I mentioned it to the front desk host he got me a new room and rectified it immediately it was a little cold because it was a room not ready for me but he rectified that immediately by giving me a heater and anything I needed throughout my stay which was pretty well a week long he was more than gracious to help me with anything I needed his name is Kuldeep such a nice polite and helpful young man just keep in mind Spanish is a one horse town and I think horse died a while ago everything closes by 9:00 and as I say everything is the corner store and the restaurant down the road but if you do want a killer Burger check out the restaurant down the road it's called North Channel pizza and grill try their burger a company it with some cheddar cheese balls you will not be disappointed but all in all Spanish River Inn will accommodate you for what it is and as I said Kuldeep is the name of the young man that runs it and he will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is accommodating for that I give it a full five stars for what it is"

"The property was perfect, with lots of space to relax. The host, Williamina, had the kitchen stocked with all the essentials needed to make a nice breakfast and the bathroom stocked with lots of clean towels. We had beautiful weather that allowed us to enjoy the patio and BBQ after a day of sightseeing on lovely Manitoulin Island."

"The property and home was a little slice of heaven. Private yet close to amenities. The house was bright and provided a relaxing retreat . We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing oasis with plenty of room and beautiful scenery. "

"Visually clean, but the refrigerator was dirty. Choose not to use the entire kitchen. Kitchen window was plastic taped. So tired, sleeping mostly. TV did not have local channels, would have had to setup my logins. Did not bother. Front door lock was not very secure, the futon in the living room was so flat, so cheap, that I could feel the severe uncomfortableness after sitting 5 minutes. Left as early as possible. This could be a great place, just needs some corrections. Home is for sale, so maybe this is just extra money to it sells. "

"We had an excellent stay at Denvic House. The house and loft were clean and well stocked (including tea, coffee, laundry detergent, etc.) and the view of Denvic lake is stunning. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake in the morning and taking the kayaks for a spin during the day. The lake is great for swimming and fishing. We caught four good size bass right off the dock. The property is very private and even though there are other cottages on the lake it was never busy. Grant was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. "
