"What an excellent surprise! I didn’t have high expectations and just needed a place to sleep but the staff was so warm, kind and hospitable I felt more at home than at a holiday inn. I didn’t know that breakfast was included and was thrilled to have breakfast there. There were plenty of options, the food was hot and fresh and there was always fresh coffee available 24 hours. If I come back to Denver I’d stay here again and again and again, the staff alone made the stay well worth the price, in fact they coulda charged a lot more. It was a great value and a restful experience!!"

"The hotel is in a great location. It is a few blocks from the train station, restaurants, shops and Coors field. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful."

"Everything was great except for two things. The parking garage was difficult to get into and navigate with a full sized SUV. The pillows were flat, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. If you drive a small car and you like to sleep with your head in the mattress, this place is for you. "

"Elevator free fell 3 1/2 floors emergency brakes stopped , phone did not work, then fell another two, then finally to floor we wanted. Scary !! Told front desk but when we came back from breakfast elevator still being used !! Safety apparently not a priority. Talked to management when checking out and aske to be updated on what happened, after a week they had no information. "
