"A little pricey but definitely OK for an overnight stay. Staff was accommodating gave us bottom floor no Questions ask. Also no trouble getting in and out of the facility. Microwave, refrigerator and ice cold AC. Beds comfy no critters."

"What was amazing was that it didn’t look like much on the outside, the overall quality A plus service was the best of our trip. What set over the top was an incident that happened with the fire alarms in the hotel. They continued for 1/2 the nite. In the morning we found out that they were discounting there clients who registered through the hotel and did their best for the rest of us. Any hotel that takes care of their customers will have me thinking of our next trip- registering through Best western First"
Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks

"Room is clean motel is newer. The bed wasn't bad and I'm used to a hybrid pillow top, got a good night's sleep. Coming in the front door the staff was very friendly and helpful and gave me a room that was quiet I appreciate that however on similar trips walking in from the parking lot to the front desk and elevator up to my room I noticed somebody was outside smoking a cigarette and they were there for a long time right out the door which if you're a non-smoker you know you don't like it's not a deal breaker on this room or this hotel for sure but I felt like they could make a place for the smokers that was away from the front door that's just my opinion I guess you can't have everything I probably would stay here again."

"If I had to point out, one criticism at all is that the Murphy bed was more comfortable than the beds in the rooms; however, this could be attributed to my dislike of FIRM mattresses. LOL"
