"It is very close to Blairmore hospital and is walkable. Walking trails right by Kanata Inns. nice to sit on benches and hear the river running very relaxing. "

"Facilities were slightly dated but good overall. Does appear they are renovating or refinishing some areas, including staining some wood. Waterslide and hot tub were great. Sauna was working well. Continental breakfast was good... basic but had a waffle maker. The restaurant at the hotel was actually surprisingly very tasty. The pet friendly room was in the back corner away from noise and foot traffic, which was nice. All in all enjoyable stay. Esso/Circle K across the street if you need anything, very walkable. A bit of a distance from 'downtown' fernie but nice trails around the hotel and along the river."
