Rooms were very spacious and clean, full kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Resort was very nice and well layed out. The hot tubs were easily accessible, the restaurant was very good and the portions were perfectly sized and priced. The spa services were very good and ha I g those on site made it very convenient. The location of this resort made it very easy to travel to Fernie and around Southern BC quickly.
Hotel was very nice and clean. We were there at the end of May/start of June so understandably it was the off season. So, limited options for food on the property. The pool was great and hot tub was nice and hot but the jets didn’t work.
Overall we did love it there and will definitely be back to stay.
Perfect location, very short walk to the lift, and a valet service for your ski gear. The restaurant is top-notch with amazing views.

So the place is old. It shows. The staff in the summer have a casual attitude and it shows as well. There is a great bartender waiter in Cirque, who deserves nothing but accolades. The only one there who truly demonstrated that he knows what is to be done.
There is nothing to eat here. Not sure f I missed that in the description, but I mean nothing!
No coffee shop, no breakfast, no lunch, not even dried up yesterday’s muffins.
You really need to be prepared, or drive into town for all your meals.
Pool is small and filled with screeching kids, but that is just me.
Could have been the best but it was just good.

Disliked: Staff & service
It was a good location for views, nice large balcony and high ceilings as it was a loft suite. However, there was only one small window in the living area and for some reason the garden door to the balcony was heavily frosted, letting minimal light through.
The kitchen was well very well equipped, had everything we needed to cook a meal.
The bed was not all that comfortable.
Looked like the restaurant was very nice, but wasn't open until later in the week, so that was very disappointing, as we were there for my husband's birthday and were looking forward to having a nice meal and admiring the view.
Lovely setting by the ski hill/ bike park depending on the season (check dates as to what is open). The one bedroom suite was quite spacious and loved it had a balcony. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff.
Was surprised at the bike storage being basic racks in the underground parking area, not the most secure. You’re not allowed to bring bikes or ski equipment into your room. Would expect a better system ( eg individual lockable storage units… had that at a hotel in Whistler BC) given Fernie is such a mountain biking and skiing place. Thankfully we were able to have our bikes locked in a storage room but was a very limited space and wouldn’t count on that for another stay.
Elisa did a great job finding us the right condo with ski hill views. The initial unit allotted was quite disappointing — ground floor with zero views, and kind of dark since the bushes and trees blocked the sunlight. Essentially, we’d have been looking at the roots of trees and nothing else! Luckily it was shoulder season and not quite full, so she was able to give us options to choose from.

Hiddie was so amazing. Kind friendly and helpful
Skiing was fantastic
Dinning was amazing
Perfect ski in/ski out location. Kids love the pool that overlooks the lift. Fun to watch folks ski from the hot tub. It's our favourite place to stay in Fernie, easily.
Kitchen lacked bowls for salad and fry pan was badly warped. Toilet had black lines under rim. Toilet paper rough and unabsorbant. King bed was fabulous!!
