Have stayed here many times, and always because i want the "mom and pop" business uo thrive. There is a Tim's right across the street, and several full-service restaurants close to the Model-A.

Good clean motel. Our toilet was very noisy after it flushed and there was some overflowing trash near the outside trash can but was a nice place to stop for the night.

The whole motel has gone to pot. Nothing is taken care of. I will say the bed was comfortable and the room semi clean. The outside is in total disarray. Needs someone to go in there and bring it back to the state it was in before it changed hands.

I really enjoyed my stay at the model A. Cool cars, a spacious room and the staff i encountered were great! Just what i needed for the evening. Great value for the price compared to other hotels in the area. Will be back eventually!
