"Was told hot tubs were working. We specified that we would be moving a reservation from in Cranbrook just to enjoy pool and hot tubs. I spoke to receptionist at the hotel via phone. Arrive to find #1 hot tubs are cold, jets not working. #2 breakfast is in restaurant, expensive. #3 steam room not ..."

great Basecamp for skiing and relaxing.
"The property was great, a lot of extra amenities above and beyond a regular stay (paddleboard,switch etc) check in was seamless, neighbourhood was quiet. All in all, the stay was perfect."
