The breakfast was ok The room was clean - parking felt safe - staff was friendly and accommodating I tried to use the hot tub one evening after being on the road driving for 6+ hours but was let down when the jets would not work. We enjoyed our stay except for the size of the pull out couch. It’s the size of a single bed. They need to specify that during booking. And it would be nice if breakfast was open until 10:00 on the weekends. Very friendly staff and very clean.

After checking in I had to go back to the desk twice to sign things/show my ID, and then received a call the next morning before checkout to verify that I paid my pet fee. I think they were switching computer systems and it was annoying, but the staff were very nice about it. My family loved the breakfast!

Customer service Recovery

The owner / staff were so helpful when the dryer in the laundry facility stopped working. Staff dried our clothes for the inconvenience. Breakfast was decent. Near to local shopping for snacks etc. Facility was clean and it was quiet. Safe.
