It looked terrible when we drove up but Spearfish was in the middle of a drought. The house itself was great and the grandbabies lice the basement and having it to themselves. The hot tub was a very nice added bonus. Some people had complained about the dog poop in the yard. It was deer poop which was okay with us as we saw deer walking through the property.
