"Check in and out was very smooth and friendly. They were doing work on the property but it was due to a city issue. Room was pretty quiet. Room was clean but needed paint and update. Bed was good so it met my requirements. If you are okay with no amenities good room for the price."

"The room was clean. But it's an older hotel. It needs a little tlc with the plumbing (shower pressure was awful). Could clean up the weeds outside.. the restaurant and saloon arent open and we were very disappointed with that."

"This property is a beautiful house that is brand new! doesn't even have grass yet it, that new. Everything was wonderful.the only hiccup was the address listed took us to the Travelodge. we were able to use the map location to try and find it that way. This is partially because the house is in a new development so the street is not on maps yet.otherwise it was perfect for our family"

"We travel to Dodge City frequently and have stayed at a few places there. This is by far my favorite. The rooms are large with a separate living/lounge area in the room. The bathrooms have plenty of space to spread out when you are getting ready to go out. The rooms have always been clean and ready. There is also a breakfast buffet with many options which is always on my list."
