Amazing cottage with HUGE screened in deck 3B/2.5B-Fall Creek Falls State Park.

Located in a small gated community, Creekside Cottage is a great cabin for a couples retreat or a fun family vacation. This 1900 square foot cabin has room for everyone to enjoy. The master bedroom with ensuite bath is on the main level for convenience. Two bedrooms and a full bath are located on the upper level and are nice large bedrooms so it's great for children. The kitchen and dining room area are open and spacious for easy entertainment. Covered decks on the front and back allow for outside grilling and dining. Also, enjoy the beautiful scenery while you soak in the Hot Springs hot tub on the super large screened deck. Plenty of room for enjoying meals outside. The garage offers games for the kids and adults such as an air hockey table and corn hole boards.
Be sure to get out and enjoy our beautiful surroundings like our (3) stocked ponds to fish in and our beautiful horses that love to be petted and fed. Our wide open spaces allow you enjoyable walks, play games in the green space and see all of the beautiful wildlife that play in our area. For swimming and cooling off in the hot summer, be sure to go to Falls Creek Falls State Park where they have an Olympic-sized pool with children’s wading pool, bathhouses and a snack bar. Lifeguards on Duty. Open 10am-5:30pm June/July Daily – August Weekends Only - $6 pp, per day; children 2 and under free. Pool Info Call 423-881-5298 Fall Creek Falls - Swimming — Tennessee State Parks (tnstateparks.com). Free Swimming Holes and the waterfalls are excellent places to cool off and enjoy the beautiful scenery as well.
Creekside Cottage is centrally located in Spencer Tennessee. This beautiful area is great for day trips to Nashville (113 miles), Knoxville (102 miles) it Chattanooga (72 miles). The cabin was beautiful. It had some mechanical problems. In the master shower, master bedroom, the handle was upside down and could not get anything with very hot water. In the master bath both Fossetts were loose and could turn the entire unit around. They need to be tightened. The master bedroom door did not close or lock. The kitchen sink did not drain very very slowly. The same for the upstairs bathroom. Did not drain very well. The barbecue grill was filthy and needed to be clean before we could use it. The screened in porch was wonderful and the front porch was even better. We would love to come back as long as the mechanics of the property were in working order.

Our family has spent the last 6 Memorial days at Fall Creek Falls our first 4 were in the parks Cabins. the last two were at this location just outside the park. More room and less crowded, Outstanding homes (stayed in two different ones) both excellent. We plan on this location again next year, God Willing.

Overall, it is a beautiful property! The screened-in back porch was amazing! There were a few maintenance and housekeeping inconveniences, but we would visit again.
