"Lovely spot and great host! Wish I had been staying an extra few nights. Super clean and comfortable, with great access to food and attractions."

"Communicate with the owner first, make sure you pay for parking if needed"

"We had a great time and the host was amazing! Definitely recommend. The location was perfect."

"Everything was good clean enjoyed our stay"

"Bathroom shower leaked water on to floor. Towels were very old worn out. Lobby was dirty. Restaurant was backed up and breakfast was served late."

"Parking is an issue since there’s on street parking meters on the street. They do offer garage parking a block away but you must park by 10pm for $40 which was not convenient since we were there for a fashion show and wanted to go out for dinner. Armand was very sweet and helpful and offered us to park on the street to avoid a parking ticket.. but know parking is free on the street from 10pm - 7am so you must pay every two hours which was only $5 for 2hrs."

"Great area. Very close to Merriweather Post Pavilion where we were seeing a show. Easy to grab a Lyft to and from the show!"

"Beautifully decorated and comfy furniture. You can cook and serve a full meal. Extra paper goods in closet - read signs on doors! Bathroom spacious and clean!"

"Very clean apartment."

"Staff very friendly."

"What a gem of a place! The laundry machine in the room is great, and it was so quiet despite being in a really hopping location. Definitely will be my go to for business trips from now on."

"Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay."

"Excellent staff"

"The staff was friendly and very helpful. My room was clean. I found the deodorizer that they used throughout the hotel to be overpowering. It was just too much. The other thing that was really strange was that there were constantly large piles of used towels in the hallway outside of my room. That was, frankly, disgusting. I won't go back."
