This is a set of apartments, and each unit has a kitchenette and laundry. You could live there. Clean, with hardwood floors - recently redone. Very convenient to DuPont circle. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but it quiets down after 11pm.

Mandatory self check-in before getting to the property with proof of your ID, selfie and obviously credit card. Your room key is digital code, so no need to go to front desk to check-in. Great location right at Dupont circle.

Overall amazing stay! The location is just impeccable. And the whole property is well maintained and clean. I stayed at courtyard level but it didn’t bother me at all as I got a greenery view of the yard. The dishwasher, microwave, and washer dryer are very helpful for a longer stay. Overall would stay here again!

Our little apartment was very perfect for our needs. Super clean and up to date. Great water pressure for showering. The kitchen was perfect with fridge, dish washer, cook top, microwave and K-cup coffee maker. Lots of storage so you could unpack and not have to live out of a suitcase. Nice place to hang clothes and lots of drawer space to put everything away. A large medicine cabinet to stow away your toiletries was very nice. There is even under bed cubby storage to get suitcases out of the way for your stay. We loved the thoughtful design that made a small space seem much bigger. The washer/dryer combo was nice. I washed but the dryer was not what I was expecting and I just air dried my clothes. An instruction manual would have possibly helped. I couldn’t get the clothes for sometime as the door locked me out. Staff is warm and very helpful. Gave us fresh towels and more coffee when needed. We will stay here again. The DuPont Circle location is perfectly situated for exploring the Washington DC area. Wonderful!

My wife and I were there in Washington DC to visit our daughter. Really easy check-in. Just gotta make sure you check your email before going. They'll give you a passcode to give you access to your room. The desk is staffed from around 7 AM to 10 or 11 PM. If you need anything, you just have to text the number that they communicate with you with.. we were only there for three nights, but there is a lot of storage and electrical outlets and a nice size fridge if you're gonna stay longer. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Washington DC.!!!!

Nice well located one bedroom right on Dupont Circle. Excellent location for restaurants, small boutiques, and the like. Subway is located right by the property. The elevator is over 100 years old and can be tenuous at times to use. If you stay there, you must be able to walk the stairs in the event. The elevator gets stuck for is not working. There is a nice area on the second floor where guest can congregate and just relax. Be wary that certain rooms do not have windows or if they do their quite high, we had that problem when we got placed on our first unit on the fourth floor. I am referring to the old building. Avoid staying on the fourth floor. We were then moved to a better accommodation on the third floor. Inez was extraordinarily helpful and we truly appreciated the fact that she expedited the move to the better unit with more windows and a better location. The other benefit was that we had less stairs to walk in the event, the antiquated elevator wasn’t working properly. Next time that I go to Washington DC, I’d likely stay here, but I would request a unit on the third floor or in the new building.

The location was wonderful and very convenient to the metro and all the places we wished to visit. We will definitely stay here on subsequent visits to DC. The kitchen was well kitted out with everything we needed, dishes, utensils, large full size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove top , dishwasher and small washer/dryer, which was everything we could wish for and made it so convenient for our stay. Loads of cabinets and 2 wardrobes. Comfortable bed. Pillows could be softer. It was very quiet and we slept well. Very clean and we loved the hardwood and tile floors and not having carpet anywhere. We were able to recycle our trash in well appointed locations on each floor. Staff were wonderful and very accomodating.

Stayed here several times before. It is a gilded era mansion with a modern wing of hotel rooms attached. The modern rooms are good except for the barn door bathroom door, no bedside table on one side of the bed, cheap furnishings and flooring showing wear, but we wanted to stay in one of the rooms in the actual mansion this time, even though I expect they are smaller. They checked us in to a modern room without saying anything and when I asked, they said they had an "availability problem." Ok, they overbooked the mansion rooms, but at least day something and apologize instead of just trying to pull the wool over my eyes. They also said I probably prefer the modern room since the room I booked was in the basement. BASEMENT? Nothing in the description of Deluxe Mansion Suite indicates basement. They have guest rooms on the 3rd and 4th rooms so that's what I was expecting. Staff was rude. The only way to get luggage cart in and out is through a wheelchair lift that requires special instructions. Electronic door code only worked once in many different tries.

We loved our room here. We had a studio apartment on the first floor and it was just what we wanted. We were able to get some groceries nearby and make some meals in our room which is a big plus. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location is perfect. Right off the subway to get anywhere you need to go in DC. So many cool buildings and things to see while walking around the area. Definitely a lot of history.
