"This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Just a few minutes walk to Frankfurt Main Station to catch any trains to airport or other destinations. The tram stop to travel the city is just steps away. You are surrounded with food and dining options. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Lovely room, with great view over Frankfurt and attached to the Fair, but the bed's sheets didn't smell especially of clean and (this is a smaller detail) a hinge inside a cupboard was damaged. I mention this since the hotel is very expensive when the Fairs are on, and we'd expect to find the room in perfect condition. But overall: the staff was definitely helpful and the hotel is pleasant despite being huge."

"This room was perfectly adequate for our overnight stay. It was very clean and efficient, and was easy walking distance to the nearby historic areas. We had a small compact room with almost no storage. While it was fine for us for overnight it may not be good for longer stays. The parking garage was very handy and easy to navigate but had unclear instructions (nothing in English) on how to pay and exit. There were very handy luggage carts available for use to bring up luggage from the parking garage. The hotel also has a very nice lobby, seating areas and bar, and friendly staff."

"This beautiful hotel is slightly out of the way from the city centre, but there is a lovely riverfront walk just at the front door(about 30 mins walk to town). The breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip"

"This hotel was lovely. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Our only complaint would be the complementary minibar. While it is a nice idea, offering one single serve bag of chips for two people seems a bit undersized. The mirror frame in the bathroom had significant water damage. Other than that - GREAT stay! We would stay here again ;)"

"The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating for requests. The superior room despite being clean and well maintained, is not as spacious as photos make it out to be. Also the streets around the hotel is not the most welcoming so keep in mind if walking with luggage. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone as the views are terrific and the location is extremely central."
