"The so-called shuttle service leaves room for improvement. Pick-up and drop-off locations are not clearly communicated and the service (essentially a local taxi) operates with a minimum 2 hour reservation. The air in the hotel was very hot and I doubt that the AC was working correctly. Advantage: price is reasonable and the breakfast has variety, even though they hotel should do something about the long line-ups for coffee and tea."
