"We had a lovely week. The only thing to be aware of is that check in info is only sent 48hrs before check in. This was fine, but I was a bit worried it was a scam. The communication was fine, other than this issue."

"The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. "We were so pleased to have found this property for our ladies gathering! As 5 adults in our 40s we had more than enough space, each with our own bedroom or sofa bed area. Ideally located for beach walks, shopping in Bournemouth, and pub lunch in Poole. We took 3 cars which all fitted in the side drive. We had no disruptions or problems and would definitely return in future and recommend it to others."

"Had my sister's hen do here and the host was soo helpful, arranging an early check in and answering all my questions beforehand on messenger and when we arrived she welcomed us and gave us local info and was so hospitable. The house was beautiful and has everything you could need for a big gathering! "

"We were 6 adults. The two bedrooms with bunk beds were tiny and more suitable for children or teens. One couple ended up sleeping on the L shaped sofa in the living room. It was inconvenient that there was no hot water at the downstairs bathroom sink. Also, the towel warmer upstairs became very heated for reasons we do not understand. Could be a danger."
