Located across from a canal, it has extensive views of all the comings and goings on the canal. Beautiful! Please heed the owner's warning about the steep stairs. The tree-lined canal, the local restaurants and pubs, the early evening golden hour…all were great. Two things to note: the noise in the alley will definitely impact your sleep late into the night. "This place was wonderful! In a quiet little cove of sorts, ample space for a family of four to spread out, fully equipped kitchen where we were able to make a full Christmas dinner, and stocked with everything we needed for a week's stay. The host was amazingly attentive and gave us great suggestions for local restaurants. The location of the apartment was great- quick access to both the metro and tram stops and an Albert Heijn just a four minute walk away to stock the fridge. "

"What an awesome accommodation for my last few nights in Amstedam. The unit has everything you need, and is close to the tram line to Centraal Station. It also has an amazing shower and was beautifully climate controlled for the warm days. You do get some tram noise in the morning, but your hosts will graciously provide you were earplugs. Highly recommend staying here."
