Spiss Vacations from AED5,972

Location is incredible - right in the heart of Times Square. Nice lobby, helpful staff, and rooms were very clean! Bed was comfy (linens could be softer - but I’m spoiled and prefer bamboo linens). We did as for additional pillows (which arrived very quickly) as there were only 2 on the bed. Shower was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap and counter had hand soap and lotion dispenser. Safe in room and mini fridge as well as coffee maker. Will DEF stay here again.

Nice and quiet location within a few blocks of the subway station. Lobby is spacious with a trendy vibe, but often quite crowded with people. We had concerns about the cleanliness level of the room (especially the bathroom) and ended up going to the CVS next door to purchase cleaning supplies. In short, the room was not as it appeared in pictures. We called the front desk three separate times throughout our stay and no one ever answered. We also stopped by the front desk on various occasions. Each time, it felt like we were bothering them from chatting with each other or interrupting whatever they were doing on their cell phone. We also paid for the “coffee and pastries” but they never told us how it worked or what to do, which resulted in us needing to prompt them. We just expected more for having paid so much to stay at this hotel; basic hospitality is clearly lacking. We would stay in this area again, but would choose a different property.

Very nice location near several metro stops helpful bath only complaint was that it was a little noisy with the room on the second floor. Would probably try to get a quieter room next time.
