"Once again, the Paradox staff surpassed all expectations.
The greeting and attention received from Benjamin at the front door on our arrival was so welcoming. The check in was handled by the staff with absolute professionalism and accommodated a slight glitch in our booking……nothing is too much trouble. The obvious focus is to please and serve the customer. ( a rare experience, these days).
Storage of our luggage was easy and on returning to collect luggage we encountered a severe storm bringing torrential rain, resulting in us getting very wet. Staff were waiting with towels to help us dry off and then delivered us to our car. Thank you to ASHISH for his considerate discretionary decision to keep us dry and comfortable whilst collecting our car.
Of course, the hotel itself is beautifully maintained and offers wonderful amenities.
The restaurant staff were once again so warmly attentive and obliging which all contributed to a wonderful stay.
