"The front desk people said that renovations were happening so no kitchen. Some one asked for a spoon and was brought a dirty one and told to wash it themselves. The showers were not well cleaned and the bathrooms often smelled of urine. There lockers are small and oddly shaped so luggage doesn’t fit. It was easy to catch the bus into the main tourist area but not many restaurants close by. The mall is a 10minute walk."

Le condizioni generali risultavano poco curate: il lavandino e il bagno erano frequentemente intasati e sia muri che arredi apparivano piuttosto datati. Un ulteriore punto critico è stata l’assenza di servizio di pulizia, nonostante fosse indicato come incluso e la presenza di personale sul posto. "I’d never stayed alone at a hostel before and was very nervous. I was shocked to find a welcoming environment, a clean, quiet, and air conditioned common space, and a sparkling clean and cheerful women’s dorm with a secure locking closet and a few respectful and quiet occupants. One of the pleasantest experiences of the trip, I honestly wish I had stayed longer!"
