Overbooked accommodation. Alternatives provided.

Well, I turned up at the hotel shortly before 11pm after an evening flight, and I found that the accommodation was overbooked. This was slightly annoying, but to be fair, I was provided with alternative accommodation. The first night I spent in an apartment with a room with two beds and there was a bathroom. I was just glad to have a room to get some sleep. The following day, I spent time in a different place. This time the room was more spacious and there was a fridge and cooker there. I did not stay at the booked accommodation, but to be fair, I was provided with alternative accommodation at no extra cost to me.

Great location. Poor amenities.

Couldnt find apartment. No name displayed just a number. Poor equipment for self catering but only stayed 1 night. Lots of bars and restaurants. Right on harbour. Perfect for our overnight stay.

Lovely place

Lovely place, great location, had a great time, well looked after. We had a couple of minor issues but they were sorted within minutes. Very quiet place. 2 minutes nearest bar with great views, lots of restaurants within 10 minutes. Gardens lovely and relaxing.

Deceiving

Poor welcome by the host, just told us the WiFi password and gave the keys, no explanations or suggestions about Split or the complex at all. Poor equipped kitchen, just two pieces of cutlery and two plates, no amenities, take with you your own soap. Deceiving because you can find better places at this price.

Absolutely perfect location, minutes from the Riva promenade and easy to also get up the hill to viewpoint and to the beaches. Facilities a bit basic but we cannot fault for the price paid and there was lots is space, so better than a small hotel room. Staff Nikola was very helpful arranging transfers - as quiet season we were also able to check in early and out late, which was so appreciated especially with two kids! Overall we had a fantastic little break 👌

Really great appartment, bigger and way better that expected. Amazing fridge shower, kitchen... The downside for me was the noise, the room isn't located near the street so there isn't much noise, but the walls are thin so I could hear the neighbours laughing or talking, and I could also hear people walking in the alley (little rocks). Besides that, I really recommend the room.
