There was nobody to check in or give us directions. After an hour a lady turned up offering another apartment on a 5th floor with horrible conditions and nothing to do with the photos on the site. We had to book another hotel turning our holiday the most expensive ever. We have asked for a refund, at least 2 nights with no reply yet. In my opinion its a normal scam in Split. We saw many people in the same situation. I ask taht you erase Luxe Deocletian from you site and make sure everybody knows about this. Really dissapointed also with Expedia that it would allow such a company to be on it.
