Luxury Residence Mareta is located in the very heart of Old Town just a few steps from Diocletian's Palace and a ten minute walk from the nearest beach.
It is a part of an 1850-es original stone house under the protection of UNESCO cultural heritage. Entrance to the building is from the promenade which locals call Riva and where they spend every sunny day drinking coffee, meeting friends, finding love...
The surrounding is full of restaurants, bars and shops overlooking the crystal blue sea.
This newly decorated designer studio suite offers you in its 30m2 a secluded extra large bed, a pull-out sofa, a small, but fully functioned kitchen with an oven and a dish-washer and a private bathroom with a rain shower, hair dryer and toiletries.
