"I’m typically pretty brief with reviews, but I am quite fond of the home and property, amenities, and the host — and wish to share a little more.My family and I spent two nights here over Christmas, and it was the kind of place that instantly makes you exhale when you arrive. The home is beautiful, extremely private, and set up in a way that makes it easy to actually relax and enjoy being together. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and felt genuinely “lived-in” in the best way — comfortable, welcoming, and not at all like a sterile rental.The property itself is a standout. Being on the water adds a calm, special vibe (even in winter), and it’s the type of setting where you want to slow down: coffee in the morning, a quiet walk around the grounds, and an easy evening back at the house. The amenities made the stay effortless, and we really appreciated how well-equipped the home was for a short holiday getaway.Finally, the host was excellent — friendly, responsive, and proactive, with clear instructions and great communication. We’d absolutely stay again and would recommend this place without hesitation."
