"We loved Hotel Gasperin! The staff is wonderful and breakfast was very good! The owner gives great advice on things to do and how to get around the area. We had a load of laundry done which was reasonably priced and back the same day. Love the area and would have liked to stay longer!"

"The property and all of the units are beautiful. The family apartment was literally a whole apartment with a giant kitchen, two rooms, two bathrooms, and a living room area on the top floor. It was actually more room than my friend and I needed but our stay came in the middle of a long trip and the separate spaces was appreciated. They are in a great area, easily to get to from Ljubljana, our first day we went in to Vipava to visit some wineries, and our second day it was easy to pop across the border over to Trieste for the day and back. After we checked out, we spent a little time in Ajdovščina for coffee and to look around. It was so, so cute and everyone at Wellba and surrounding areas so nice."

"This is easily one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Gregor and the team made us feel very welcome, and the setting of the hotel is so idyllic and relaxing. Rooms were very large, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The photos don't do the place justice, especially the garden area, views and scale of the rooms. Thank you for an excellent time!"

"Beautiful views from the terrace. Bed was comfortable. Very good recommendation for a nice restaurant up the street. Quiet location and peaceful. No AC and no fans. Bugs were an issue. Kitchen not very well stocked, and the propane tank was almost empty. Had to empty our own garbage. Parking was difficult each day, a steep uphill lane that was also extremely narrow, and you were lucky if you got a spot to park. You can't turn around unless all the other cars are gone, so you need to go up the narrow street for a bit to find another place to turn around and go back down the same steep narrow hill, hoping that no one is about to come up at the same time you're going down . . . It was an adequate place to stay, but next time we will find a place closer to the Lake."
