This beautiful home has all of the charm and quirks that come with 1900s design. The main level is equipped with an inviting living room that boasts a wall mounted 55" smart TV, a dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen complete with washer and dryer. Also on the main floor you will find our relaxing King Suite as well as a half bathroom. Did we mention quirks? One of this home's oddities is the cozy shower that you will find nestled in the corner of the king bedroom!

Our second level offers a bunk room that will comfortably sleep 6, a second bathroom with a full size tub, a quaint queen bedroom and a spacious double queen room complete with a desk and work area absolutely perfect for anyone away on business or needing to finish up some school work. Whether you're traveling solo, with a small family, or a small army, our home is just perfect for you!

Smart lock technology will allow for a seamless self check in upon your arrival. There is also free street parking as well as ample parking space located in the back of the house accessible through the alleyway.

Conveniently located just minutes from the Spokane Arena, Kendall Yards, and Downtown Spokane!

We are slowly renovating this gem of a home and it is a lovely work in progress! You may notice the floors are a little unlevel so don't lose your marbles here or you may never get them back! Guest Access:
Free parking is available behind the house accessible through the alleyway. Additional parking is available in front of the house on the street and is first come, first serve.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term stays.
