The staff were great. The lobby is open and attractive. I appreciate that they welcome dogs. The room was clean but the street noise was occasionally irritating…not to the point to where I couldn’t sleep. The lighting was cold like florescent lighting and too dim.

Staff was friendly, answered questions and check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious. City view was lovely. The late night cookies and access to 24/7 coffee in the lobby was nice. There is also a little store in the lobby for snacks. Lobby is inviting and has plenty of places inside and outside to hang out. Free parking was a must for me. No hidden fees beyond what I booked. The room has a small refrigerator, miceowave, shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Full size shower head. Can ask for other toiletries if needed. The breaksfast (6:30am-9:30am) had variety (fresh pancakes, biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, muffins, juices, cereal and milk, bagels, etc). Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and I was happy with this! No complaints and very positive experience. Would consider staying again or referring friends if they visit the area.

When in Spokane, this Holidsy Inn is our preference. Great staff to greet you. Rooms had everything you need. A bit of traffic noise off near-by Division St. Fantastic breakfast. Love the new coffee-on demand coffee machines. Breakfast had many varied choices. Lobby had adequate tables for breakfast dinners. We keep coming back & it's always getting better. Loved the bowtie and leather on front desk greeter! Classic & personable! Keep him!
