I can only say good things about this hotel. Accommodation was great, clean. Food was delicious and the staff was incredibly warm, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for peace and quiet. The hotel is secluded from others. There is a bus that takes you to town for 3.40 euros.

Very close to the ferry terminal and restaurants.

Amazing, this was our favorite place to stay at during our travels. We wish we were able to stay there longer.

It's worth staying here just for the view. Happily there's more reasons than that though. We spent 3 nights at Lagou Raxi and we all loved it, including my teens. The views from the hotel are spectacular whether you are on your room balcony, eating a meal on the porch or relaxing at the pool. The hotel is like a little oasis. It's 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes walk to a great little town square with a several taverna's. But, perched up on the hill it's so much quieter, calmer and...

Extremely comfortorabke bed. Hosts were extremely kind and cooked a good breakfast.

The room was clean, staff were nice, everything is close by, especially the ferry. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was perfect.

Perfect quiet location. Very convenient to the bus station which I used to visit the various beautiful beaches. My room had a kitchenette area so I was able to get food from local store and keep in mini frigerator for my convenience. It’s easy breeze walking distance 5 minutes to get to Skiathos town center which is vibrant and where all the restaurants shops and bars/cafes are. The nearby New Port is nearby and lovely to walk by. I hope to return again in the future!

Didn't know the market was back down the hill. Would have been nice to know before arriving. Place is very nice with beautiful surroundings

Happy to have met Martha. Her hospitality, flexibility, and genuine care has made our stay feel just at home. The comfortable bed and pillow was just what we needed after a long day and the coffee with terrace view was just what we needed to start the next day. If I’m ever back in Skiathos, this is will I be staying.

Incredible room with balcony ocean view, fireplace and kitchenette!

The building is beautiful and for those arriving on the gorgeous old train, it overlooks the terminal station. The restaurant is great, and the outdoor grill smells wonderful. The family that runs it spoke fluent English and were warmly welcoming but left us alone when they realized we aren't chatty. The breakfast (9 euros) was delicious, with homemade apple cake. Had a great time at Afissos Blu Hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea. Just down the street are a number of tavernas and shops. The little village is quiet and picturesque, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of our stay was our host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating! We were gifted a jar of homemade honey before we left and felt right at home during our stay. Highly recommended! 5 stars!
