"Nice hotel close to the airport and the city! The staff are quite nice and the breakfast is amazing! The restaurant was not very good for dinner - low quality food and overpriced, but not terrible. The pool is quite small and in a hot and humid basement, and there is an extra cost to use the sauna. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped."

"Before I booked this hotel I read a lot of reviews. I agree that hotel personnel are great, very helpful and courteous. Transportation located near hotel, however to get from hotel to central station took us more than 30minutes. So, if you come to Amsterdam to see mane attractions, you have to find something closer to Central station. Area around hotel has a lot of stores, plus you can walk to beautiful lake? With fountain in the middle and spend pleasant day on the beach."

"Started off a little rocky because I was not given the room I paid for. I went back to the front desk to inquire about the change and I was questioned about how many people I had with me. I paid for the room with three beds and a view overlooking the canal. I was given a room with one bed and a view overlooking the intersection of the road in front of the hotel. I was told that I was given the room I reserved and that it was only 2 people. One traveler couldn’t make it therefore it was only 2 of us. He said I can show you what you reserved, I politely replied I am well aware of what I reserved. After a little back and forth I was given the room I paid for. The view was amazing and I did get the balloons and candy I paid for to celebrate my birthday. Other than that the stay was great not excellent because of the service. We didn’t use housekeeping for 2 of the days and when we requested it they came but nothing was done they didn’t even change the sheets nor pillow cases. WiFi was good and the breakfast was great."

"I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was there for 7 days. I wanted to be outside of Amsterdam downtown and I was well-served! There was a tram almost in front of the hotel, which was convenient in both directions. It is a 10-minute walk to the metro. The breakfast was fantastic! And even more so at the top of the hotel. Beautiful views over Amsterdam. The staff was also extremely helpful and attentive."
