"My wife and I were treated very well by all of the staff here. Josh, Michelle, Joy, and others went above and beyond while we stayed here. We were given helpful ideas of places to go and things to do. The amenities here were great. We utilized the beach, the pool, and the restaurant. The beach was very clean and the water here was crystal clear. My wife and i swam and snorkeled almost everyday. We saw all the characters from Finding Nemo (except Bruce) and we saw 4 turtles on our last morning. That was a definite highlight of the trip. The food at the café was excellent. Everyday we were on the beach, the smell from the kitchen was so inviting and would entice me to wanna eat."

"We could not have asked for a better experience. Sharifa, the host, was very communicative and shared exactly what to expect. They even have an app with information about the house and the island. The house is very well stocked with everything we needed, including good quality pots and pans and cooking utensils, a drip coffee maker, a keurig, and an electronic tea kettle. You wake up and go to sleep to the sound of the waves just outside the house. The yard is beautifully landscaped, the screened porch is very comfortable with 2 outdoor sofas and a table and chairs. Inside, the living space has comfortable seating for everyone to spread out and relax and a big dining table to eat and chat. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have everything you need, including extra towels. After staying on the north side our last 2 visits, we enjoyed staying on the west end for the sunsets, being close to Rhythms and Cibone, access to the rain forest and excursions, and especially the ease of getting to the highway to quickly get to Christiansted. We snorkeled right from the beach at the house and saw lots of colorful fish and coral, and even an octopus- just be careful of the urchins. We absolutely love St Croix and will be back to Royal Sands Beach House."

"Omg excellent all the way from our check in to our last day at the FREDS was very special.our Housestaff Tish n Dalia make our trip so special. staff on the ground keep cleans every time making sure everyone is ok .Bartenders n chef are always on spot. It was my bday trip clean n nice n well kept . Peter n kerry"

"Miro we are so grateful for you. He is an excellent and very knowledgeable host. The property itself is amazing, walking around and seeing the hard work Miro put into making it his own, the collection from his dives and the flora he has, truly are unique and serve a purpose. Be brave and try the Noni! The bar inside the mill makes wonderful use of the space, and the hot tub on top was a perfect way to end the night relaxing and stargazing. We were even lucky enough to be joined by Miro for trivia night in town! Toro and Lola, our protectors, we love you and we hope to see you again soon!"

"Communicating with the host was very easy and they always responded within 24 hours. The checkin process was simple and contactless, very helpful clear instructions with pictures that made it very easy. The only reason I gave this facility 4 stars on location was because it is not "on the beach" if that is what you are looking for. BUT the snorkeling by the pier and all along this area is some of the best and the beaches are within walking distance (less than a mile). There is a restaurant downstairs for the evening with spectacular food and I recommend Polly's for breakfast! The pool was refreshing in the evenings and outdoor seating was perfect. They even have aloe plants if you get burned! We will absolutely stay here again!"
