"Staff acted annoyed at request for receipt. Desk person was talking on cell phone throughout checkout and report of large loose dog in parking area the night we arrived. Dog had collar but could have been a runaway. We have a small dog and were concerned about taking her out with large loose dog in lot. Room was clean but my wife "

"EVERY worker, from front desk to the dining area to the cleaning people to workers in the hallway and on the elevator, were SO polite, personal and helpful. They don’t seem to treat the customers as customers, but as family. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we have NEVER been so impressed by the staff. It was truly a blessing for us to stay in the company of such sweet, professional people. Thank y’all for everything!!! You made our stay…well, let’s just say, we didn’t want to leave! 😉😁🤗"

"The hotel can definitely use an update. As soon as you walk in there is a sign that says food delivery can’t come to your room which I think is crazy. The front desk clerk was okay. Not super friendly or welcoming. Housekeeping went ahead and cleaned our room and we hadn’t checked out yet. We had just took some things to the truck. Probably will not stay here again. But the beds were okay and it was semi clean not the cleanest. It was okay I’ll say that. "

The elevator was out of order - I requested an ADA compliant room, or mobility accessible room....having to lug my gear and suitcase up to the second floor with no elevator wasn't exactly a "plus" - mobility access room in this hotel mean a wider bathroom door and a grab bar in the shower, that's it! No height adjustable shower head, no extra room in the bathroom"
