"My overall experience was very good. Brenda at the front desk was incredibly helpful and polite, which made check‑in feel welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great — a perfect start to the morning. I was a little disappointed that there was no hot tub and the pool wasn’t open during my stay. Also, be aware that parking is not included and you do have to pay for it. Even with those drawbacks, the service and cleanliness made it a solid 4‑star stay."

Neither was the hot tub. When asked if we could use the amenities, we were denied. I couldn't wait to leave. This was to be a fun filled weekend for my children at Busch Gardens."
