"Our room has a huge tub in it, right beside the bed. No plug and you have to pay an extra hundred dollars to use it. There are phones in the room. But none of them work to call downstairs to ask about the tub. Also, there is no cold water. The water ranges from steaming, hot to boiling, unbearably hot. "My overall experience was very good. Brenda at the front desk was incredibly helpful and polite, which made check‑in feel welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great — a perfect start to the morning. I was a little disappointed that there was no hot tub and the pool wasn’t open during my stay. Also, be aware that parking is not included and you do have to pay for it. Even with those drawbacks, the service and cleanliness made it a solid 4‑star stay."
