Channel Pointe is located on the third floor of the Lake Pointe Condos, and there is an elevator for convenient loading and unloading. This beautiful two-story condo features three bedrooms and three full baths to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Located alongside Spring Lake Harbour, this area is a popular destination for anyone looking to enjoy access to Lake Michigan and downtown Spring Lake and Grand Haven. Guests are provided access to the nearby Barrett's Marina pool.

Upon entering the main floor, you will step into a roomy living area open to a fully equipped kitchen with spacious granite counters and seating for everyone to enjoy. The main floor primary bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath with laundry. The upper level leads to a roomy open landing providing a second family room and two additional bedrooms. The spacious upper-level primary bedroom features a king bed, sitting area, and ensuite bath. A third bedroom offers two full beds and access to an additional full bath. All bedrooms are spaced apart to create individual retreats and provide plenty of tranquil privacy.

Parking is provided for two cars.

THE LOCATION
Enjoy the fun of Grand Haven without the hustle and bustle of staying downtown. Channel Pointe is in the quaint Village of Spring Lake, a wonderful place to explore, just a five-minute drive across the Grand Haven Drawbridge. Bring your bikes and take an exhilaratingly scenic ride around Spring Lake on the bike path that runs right behind the Lake Pointe condos. Head into Grand Haven for shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, charter fishing, walks along the Boardwalk, and of course, the beautiful white-sand beaches. Bringing your boat? Reserve transient mooring at one of the surrounding marinas and have your boat available for cruising right into Grand Haven to avoid searching for a parking spot!

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
