"This hotel is really run downs and need a refurbish soon. I just booked it because it is at the airport. However is not worth the additional $150 per night that you would save if you stayed at any of the nearby."

"Check in was not great"

"Place was awesome"

"Beautiful property, nice restaurant and very friendly staff."

"Very safe and secure place to stay as a solo female traveller .. Shuttle to museum district was wonderful !!! Vanessa shuttle driver was very helpful ..The valet said I could use shuttle to get to Galleria but then she said she was no longer allowed to take gusts that far. She helped me find the uber stand . She helped me and went above and beyond with my uber app. Great employee and lovely to talk to. Be aware many uber drivers don’t know where the pick up point is so communicate with them ....
