"Check in took 15 minutes while they tried to find and verify an empty room…..Staff was excellent otherwise. Good and convenient location. Our 2 story building did not have an elevator."

"Ok. Yall. I lost my card key and got there like 9:15. There was no one there. No number to call. So I’m thinking I’m locked out of my room for the night. I call the cops. Luckily some kid showed up just as I called the cops. So, that sucks and is just irresponsible of them to leave people hanging like that. There should be a number to call or something. Really bad policy. When I tried the number on the website, it said it was down. So, I’d think twice about going here. "

"Room was clean, staff fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. Location could not have been better, literally right before the park. Spa was literally half full and decrepit- completely falling apart. Noticed quite a bit of dog poop and trash. Would stay again but for the price would really like to see the property align with value. "

"Highly recommend this property for location, comfortable bed, cleanliness, amenities. Nothing to complain about at all. It is located at shuttle stop 5, which made getting around Zion and Springdale very easy. Rooms had noise machine and charging station as well as typical bath products and coffee station. Great lodging option!"
