"Great location. This was a very nice stay along our 11 day road trip across 5 states. "

"Beautiful place to stay in Springdale, with a Springdale shuttle stop conveniently located right in front of the hotel. I do not recommend the rooms on the bottom floor because you can hear every single move the person above you makes. When I brought up the problem to the front desk, they were all very nice and willing to help me out, so the service is great. Also, I was obsessed with sitting outside the little patio. "

"The first impression was an excellent front office service person, Adam, who was enthusiastic and very informative. Then when we learned that we were on the second floor Adam brought Rayland who brought our bags up and was so nice. I insisted he take a tip but he refused. And whenever we saw him he was smiling and nice. The room was large and beautiful. Everything about the room, shower, and balcony was great. I’ve decided to use Expedia more because of this property especially and others which is saying a lot since I have high levels with two other hotel chains. "

"Nice clean friendly place. Staff very welcoming on arrival and gave us good information concerning everything. Easy parking. Good sized room with very comfy bed. Good restaurant on site and excellent gift shop. Convenient for the park. Would stay again. "

"The location was perfect- we were right outside atop 6 for the shuttle! Every Hampton worker was so kind and helpful and greeted us with a smile and good morning. The pool area was great- the water was a bit cold. Breakfast was good! "
