"I was looking forward to just relaxing and enjoying my weekend and this property did not disappoint. During the day we went hiking, shopping at the really fun shops in town and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The property manager lives next door and him and his wife were lovely people. He made sure we knew he would help if we needed anything. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing weekend"

"Was perfect for our family! Our kids and grandkids loved it! The hot tub was especially nice. There was a park so close. Would stay again for sure!"

"Everything was excellent except when the electricity went out. We were unable to locate candles and there was only one battery operated light."

"Rode our bike up to spend a few days and do some riding. The weather turned on us and we had to split. With snow and freezing temps we didn’t want to risk riding on iced roads. If we had a car this would have been a good place to be stuck for a few days. The arcade was fun, the bed was super comfy, cell service was good, had a fire pit if we wanted. Tv entertainment all around. The owner was very helpful. Will attempt this trip again soon when we know the weather is right."

"Beautiful property. If you’re looking to unplug this is the place to do it. We brought our two dogs and I think they had a better vacay than we did. The kitchen was well stocked though there were a few appliances that didn’t work so we had to make do. The owners were very attentive and accommodating."

"My wife and I stayed here in mid-September. This was our sixth trip to the Pinetop-Lakeside area and our first in this cabin. When we made a last minute reservation after the cabin we normally rent got sold by the owner (3 weeks prior to our planned trip), rental selections were limited. We were a little concerned it might be noisy along Branding Iron Loop where this cabin is located but once we got there, road noise was not an issue. The kitchen is well equipped and even had a fully stocked...

"Very clean, a perfect location except that if you did sleep 4. The only problem is that you would have to spoon with your hairy model airplane bud! Not a big deal though, its good for 4 but 2 couples not dudes."

"What a perfect home for our family to stay and enjoy the snow while celebrating my birth. Can’t wait to stay there in the future when we return later this year."

"The location of this house was perfect! We were able to walk to the lake to fish every day and cook/ hang out on the back patio and enjoy the view in the mornings and evenings. The house is beautifully decorated. With 3 bathrooms everyone was able to have their own and the upstairs loft was also a nice hangout area for guests staying in that room. The host went above and beyond! Overall such an amazing trip we will be back!"

"My wife and I went up there many times in the past but since she past away 6 years ago it’s been awhile, my sister and I went up last year and again this year, in all the times I’ve been there it has always been great, Paul is a great person to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the rental, would definitely recommend it and do to whom ever I talk to that’s planning a vacation. Thanks for everything Paul I’ll be talking to you again next year."

"We had a wonderful time together on our annual family vacation, this home was the perfect size and layout for all of us including adults, teens, children, and infants. The kitchen met and exceeded all of our needs, the patios and the grill were perfect to enjoy the weather, the house holds plenty of conversational areas, the loft and game room provided lots of entertainment, overall a very happy experience for our family. "A group of us were there for the Billie Family Foundation golf tournament that Barry Nicks helped run, the house was amazing, sadly we had a few people cancel, but it was perfect, the house was in excellent shape, everything we needed was right there for us, to the point we kinda felt bad we were not able to utilize all the amenities of the house. Again an amazing place to stay and would love to stay there again. Thank you."

"This could not have been better than it was, it snowed on top of us being there and that is what i was hoping for...the cabin itself omg sooooo nice sooo very nice. Could not have asked for a better host than Roxy. Her and her husband were on top of communication at all times."

"This house was perfect for our trip. The kids LOVED the game room. The hosts were very fast to respond when contacted. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, it was in a quiet area, with lots of space and a great house for a lot of people. Takes about 35-40 minutes to drive up to Sunrise for skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we make another trip to Pinetop/Lakeside."
