Courteous staff, clean room. For an accessible room the beds sit too high. My disabled travel companion had trouble getting on to the bed.

Comfort Inn & Suites Springfield I-44
Staff was courteous and housekeeping was great. However pool and hot tub were out of order, one of the main reasons i booked the room. The toilet paper was the lowest quality I've encountered. And the tv remote guide function did not work. In fact the remote struggled to function at all.

This place is a dump. The ground-level door bolt didn’t lock leaving me feeling uneasy. There was long black hair in the bed sheets. No morning coffee as promised.
